St Martins House LE1 5PZ

Modern slavery touches all our lives. This workshop aims to help us better understand the complex national and local scenarios and to explore how we may better work together to combat slavery. It is particularly for organisations (including Churches) and workers with people who may be vulnerable. It is sponsored by Leicester Diocese and the Mothers Union and in partnership with Leicestershire Police and Leicester’s Homelessness Charter. Speakers include Jim Hatton from Leicestershire Police and Bishop Alistair Redfern, who has long held a national brief for the Church on this issue.

Booking is through Eventbrite, which may be accessed through the QR code below. The event is free, but please inform us if, having booked, you are unable to attend as spaces will be limited. If you’d like to know more about the event, please contact alison.adams@leicestercofe.org.
